The Bay's arrived!

Hey Y'all!

This week has been busy with the arrival of the new Senior Missionary couple! The Bay's are AMAZING and are so helpful to the work. They arrived on Tuesday and we gave them the keys to their house and got them oriented with everything. They have served a mission before in Utah but it was at a girls camp and so this is the first time they're serving this type of mission. We aren't sure exactly what they'll be doing here because they still haven't met with President Lindhardt yet but it's been so nice having them to drive us around so we don't run out of miles on our truck!

We also got our first big snow the day the Bay's arrived. Luckily our truck has four-wheel drive so we haven't got totally stuck yet. The snow's made walking around more interesting and a little more fun:)

We finally, after about a month, got a meeting with a young couple we've been teaching, Bri and Sean. Bri had been on vacation for a while and so we couldn't meet. They are my favorite people to teach ever because they really want to learn all that they can and have a deep desire to follow Christ. They really want to get baptized, they only hangup is that they are living together and aren't married. They'll be gone until after Christmas and then our next lesson with them in the Law of Chastity so we're praying all goes well!

Sister Mikesell is doing amazing! She loves the mission and has a strong desire to serve the Lord and I'm so lucky to have her!

I hope y'all have an amazing Christmas wherever you are and get to spend time with family! I know this is probably going to be one of my favorite Christmas's just because of how close I've grown to my Savior this past year. He truly brings a spirit to this holiday season.

Merry Christmas everyone! I love you all!
